Spokane, WA
A vibrant, walkable main street with an iconic farmer's market.

The South Perry District is a vibrant, close-knit neighborhood on Spokane’s lower South Hill, known for its strong community feel and independent spirit. Anchored by South Perry Street, the area is filled with locally owned shops, cozy cafés, and popular restaurants that draw both residents and visitors. It’s especially lively during community events and seasonal markets, which bring the neighborhood together.
One of our favorite streets in Spokane. Homes here are smaller than the rest of the South Hill above it, and the neighborhood does more of the living for you. Famous summer farmer’s market and events, great food, and a true neighborhood vibe.
